Intellectual property - Personal rights

  • All graphic elements, images, texts, animated sequences with or without sound, logos, trademarks, product names, constituting and/or represented on the Site are protected by laws concerning Intellectual Property or simple ownership and are, as the case may be, the property of Ondoegone Laboratoire or the property of third parties, in particular partners, who have authorized Ondoegone Laboratoire to represent them on the Site.

  • All persons (models, actors, Ondoegone Lab. employees, etc.) represented in the photos and films published on this Site have consented to the use of their image or other attributes of their personality as part of campaigns produced by Ondoegone Lab. for its customers or for Ondoegone Lab communication.
